What happend to Admin meetings? :c

They happen as needed.

Wasn't there an organized time for each one? and what happend to 10:00 pM Est

2 of our admins stopped caring, 3 of them had lives.

The current administrator team has most of their server related discussions in Skype, then posts a chat history when it happens, for discussion on the forum, instead of "I was online at X time so I was able to contribute an opinion"

Why not just make a Admin meeting party on the server when you are all on?
