As of today, Frozen_Money of the saffron gym has timed out. This should go in elites/champion, but it might never be seen, so DragoniteJustin of the Kanto elite four has also timed out.

nice job on timing out frozen_money, but dragonitejustin resigned from his position about a week ago.
