If an admin promotes you to a donor rank, they will give you the required items when it happens. If you ask another admin to give you the items because "the other one forgot" we will tell you to ask the admin who promoted you.

Can you sell houses back to the server if you decode you no longer want it or want an upgrade, same note can you sell directly to another player

I don't see why not, half price if the server buys back (rounded down if odd).

Yes, the /evict (player) (houseregion) command should prompt you for a /yes or /no on removing those blocks.
