I was doing some stuff with my friend google and I asked google to type in minecraft pokemon server. I found it there about 1 1/2 or 2 years ago.

I originally heard of the server through seing it in YouTube videos but didn't join until one time Snowbro911 and I were trying to play on a private server, hosted on his terrible internet, on July 28th, 2011. After multiple failed attempts, he sent me the IP to this server (numbers then), which I assume he'd found somewhere online, and we came on and played for a while, before I became hooked.

A couple of years ago (I'm assuming three years ago, but I could be wrong), I joined the server. I found it when I searched "Pokemon Minecraft Server," and found the forum page. I immediately started playing, and got hooked. In the process, my family put a two-hour only playing cap (because I was too lazy to do my summer reading in 8th grade), and I received a twenty-five dollar donation to the server.
When playing, I kept repeatedly challenging Victini998, and lost every single time I challenged. He eventually got sick of me, then I decided to challenge the Fuchsia Gym. I beat him, and was on a roll defeating gyms, saving Cinnabar Island for last. I received all but one badge, was preparing to challenge Victini, and.... he timed out. I soon faced Idraco and won.

6 months after owning minecraft, I asked myself a very stupid question. "Are there any servers like pokemon?" since I didn't know that mods existed to bring it to the field (because I was a noob), I tried exploring for a bit on the internet. After about half an hour, I stumbled onto this server around late march 2013. When I found out there were no pokemon, I left like everyone did when they found out this wasn't a pixelmon server. After a day to think back, I decided to try the server for what it was, not what I was expecting it to be and soon grown fond of it. I have been hooked to the server ever since.

How i found this server ? Well , Couple of years ago Ian told me he had found this Nice "Pokemon" Server . And i joined as we continued our adventure to Pot Master :D -xander Best story ever 11/10 :hattip: :hattip:

I found this server in September 2012. When another Minecraft server I use to play on shut down. I got bored and just looked for some other neat server. Eventually I found this server by looking up Minecraft Pokemon Server on Google.
It was nice back then when I first joined I said, "Where are the pokemons???" Then a bunch of people starts thinking I'm a noob.
Some unrelated thing, no one has said whether or not we will keep our items and levels when the map resets. >.>

I mostly trained pve stats, especially herbalism

My friends and I were re-enacting Titanic in Minecraft and were looking for a cooler map. MCForums had such a dumb search feature that it turned up the Pokemon Server instead. I was like huh, I guess I found something better to do.

I found the server via Minestatus. I was voting for my friend RENsik's server (which I believe has since died), and on the main page I saw this server in the top 5. I thought, "Huh, looks cool! I should try that out!" ...And I did.

Hi just checking the forums for a second so this doesn't mean anything.
Anyways my friend said he found a pokemon server over Skype. He then posted IP I joined, and thus ended everyones fun until I left the server.

I typed "minecraft pokemon server" and this http://www.pokemonserver.net/ (http://www.pokemonserver.net/) site came up first.

It was on the first page of Minecraftforums when I refreshed the second week of May 2011. Lucky break that I saw the word Pokemon and decided to read through the thread.

Looked up "Pokemon Minecraft Server", and found the post on Minecraft Forums and decided to check it out. Liked it, but didn't feel connected.
Looked up "Pokemon Minecraft Server" again and found a mod called Pixelmon. Tried dling it to no avail, so I just settled for playing on here for a while.
Started playing more on the Pixelmon server on here until it got less populated, so I left again.
Then I started playing Minecraft again, 4 1/2 months after I left it, and decided to try this server again.

I was looking for a minecraft map of hoenn around September of 2011 and I stumbled across the servers forum post. I guess I liked it enough when I joined to stick around this long.
