I'm not one who regulates MV building- because that's supposed to be run by the players, not watched over by admins/moderators. But my personal opinion is as follows:
1. You ask for something this seems like a complaint, while you took it upon yourself to do this.
2. I think we've gotten the point across that most people think that Sinnoh/Unova is 10x better than Hoenn there is no need to roast Mario even more.
3. Mario, you should think about making dedicated builders Moderators/Heads you shouldn't give them it if they say they will be dedicated with W.E. It's like me going on a random server and promising that I will play more often if I get admin- which is true, but it's not the type of dedication one should look for.
