If I recall, if you allow 1 type of potions/enchantments, you must allow all.

Read rule #8, Ryan is completely right. Vermilion is limiting the kind of potions allowed, which is not permited

Mad, you need to learn to read more carefully

. It says you ARE allowed, so this clears it up.
