look at the dates I took these screenshots for proof that they where at same time!
the empty vip that fro owns is on floor 5, the one full of stuff is on floor 4, once again, more proof

Modify post button could have been used for that post. People will still see the post even if you use the modify, the forum shows you when there are new posts in a section.

I am pretty sure it doesn't exist.
While the signs are convincing, the second-fifth floors of the bank were built using //copy on the lower floors. I bet Frozen's real VIP is right below that empty one somewhere.
The true way to know if a VIP is in an area (particularly if it is empty) is to /where it and see if any player names show up. Otherwise, it is an available room with a bad label on it.
