Title: I can't find something

I can't find where I apply for builder. Tene said I need to go to the relevant box but i don't know where that is. Can someone please help me find it or something. it would be great if you could. :)

On the front page is a section called 'Pokemon Maps'. In there you can pick which region section you want to go into and the builder application threads are there.
