Title: The update messed with something

Id like to report that the update for the pixelmon server has messed up a few things because i cant talk or use any commands what so ever so i think something happend but if its just me please help :purplebanana: :banana: :lazor:

Now this glitch is happening to me on and off where sometimes ill join and i cant talk or do commands and other times i can
it is getting annoying so if it is possible please find out why because i am unable to do that
i have checked the pixelmon mod forums and so far there are some other people with this same glitch but no solutions in sight
