blocks not spawning

When i get onto  the server I dont have any blocks load, I dont know if it is only me or everyone?

Do you mean world holes/chunk errors?

Like large holes in the world that lead to the void yet you can't fall through? If so I am having that problem and I believe many others are as well.

If not I am not sure.

Ok just saw this post but yea what had happened is it looks like someone "stopped" the server which doesn't shut it down just stops anything from loading Canada came on Teamspeak and found me (try that if there's noone on the server I'm there a lot of the time) and I just had to restart it and everything was honkydory
