Hey, I was thinking that maybe builders should get some kind of reward in that region such as rights to buy there before anyone else, and not needing the usually required badges? What do you think?

As I tell everyone who ever volunteered in Kanto or Johto. Building is a volunteer job, and is only done for the act of building. Not for some reward or physical motivation. No reservations, no discounts, no ranks. Look at Slambamactionman. He helped at the end of Kanto, as well as a few projects in Johto, and he's still a trainer.
Building is done for building, nothing more. If you thought you had a reward coming, and that's the only reason you build, quit now while you're ahead, and let someone that wants to BUILD do it instead.

^I really agree. I enjoy building Sinnoh, and I dont even want a reward for it, building itself and seeing that others enjoy it, thats the reward.
