:I Gym leaders can be appointed if you have 2 kanto badges and a combat skill over 100, Find a gym with no Co-Leader or an empty one and apply.  http://www.pokemonserver.net/forum/index.php?topic=12.0 is a link to our Gym thread. There are a couple posted without gym coleaders I suggest starting there if you crave gymleadership.
