Title: Victory Road Darker

Hey I find that victory road has a little too many torches, is that on purpose or can we have it a little darker because mobs aren't spawning that much in there

I don't see why not, but the actual game cave doesn't require flash, which is why it's a bit brighter than others.

Redstone torches give off light but mobs can still spawn near them so maybe thats a possibility. Both Hoenn and Sinnoh are doing caves that way
