Well I was asking Jord to challenge his gym and he just randomly ignored me. Only after about 10 minutes, he finally said i could challenge. He did the same thing the past three days so I decided to make some screenshots and post them on the forums. While I was asking him, he was running around in Wild2 killing some people, which is the reason he is 'busy all day'.
After we were done fighting, I told him that this was his job because he was really annoyed and he said it was some kind of 'trolling' people. I don't think this is funny and I think someone should do something about this. Here are the screenshots.

EDIT: You need to look at them from the bottom to the top sorry.

alex, the rule for his gym is, he won't respond to you unless u are at his gym door, because it got really bad for alot of leaders (like myself) when people would challenge and take ten minutes to get to the dang gym, so that is why u were ignored until then.

And notice how in all your pics you are not at his gym. So there ya go.

Bg the days before the screenshot I waited infront of his gym and he completely ignored me there, so I didn't want to waste my time wainting in front of his doors again but I decided to capture what he was doing.

And he goes afk, alot, so he may not have seen your challenge, if anything do ./mail send to make sure they get the challenge if they are not there.

Every time I asked him I made sure he just left AFK or wasn't AFK at all.

Well then maybe he was moving around but not there, as in water, and I talk to jord on ts alot, he comes and goes quite often. Just saying.

Exactly, so him being online and active and u being infront of his gym are not represented in the photos. So they are invalid.

Bg I could've done the same screenies in front of his gym but it wouldn't show him moving around. If the reason he didn't accept the challenge was because I wasn't infront of his gym why didn't he tell me the first time I asked? The thing is that he, as Gym Leader, is just COMPLETELY ignoring me. He's not even asking if I'm at his gym.

And also, the part about 'you have to be infront of a leaders gym to challenge' (I'm not talking about Admin Gyms), is that even an 'official' rule or is it just a rule leaders made to make their lifes easier?

Its a rule that some gyms have, its not breaking any rules, and considering other gyms have it, and it hasn't been questioned, its allowed.

Gym leaders have made a lot of rules that weren't questioned for a long time, like the 'power level rule'. That was an invention of gym leaders too.

yes, and that got removed, this has not, and Since Admin gym leaders use it, i don't think it shall be getting removed anytime soon.

Admins use it because they actually have something better to do. This is a gym leader's full time job. You need to be friendly with people too. Ignoring someone isn't part of that.
It hasn't been removed yet because it is pretty recent and only a few leaders actually use it. Most of the leaders I challenge do not have a single problem with me being at spawn f.e. when I challenge.

If Jord wants to 'enjoy his life', he can quit the job. It's the same thing as with the power level rule. Someone challenges, you accept. No matter who it is. If you don't like it? Quit gymleadership.

Yes it is there full time job but in the game if u are not at a gym u are unable to challenge it. Therefore, why should a gym leader have to listen to you if u are not even in the same town?

The gym leader shouldn't just ignore someone if they aren't at their gym. They could at least ask them if they are there or where they are/if they are almost there.

Bg with the same reasoning, if the gym leader ignores me, why should I even bother going to his gym? It's even a greater waste of time for me then for him. He has to use /home whatever and if I'm not there go away. Unfortunately, trainers don't have /warp, so we have to WALK to those places.

Anon, he goes ./home to the gym and if they are infront of the door, he opens it, if not he doesn't respond. Why should HE have to wait on THEM if they are not even at the gym??

They could at least ask them if they are there or where they are/if they are almost there.
This doesn't exactly mean to just sit at the gym and wait for the challenger to get there. All you have to do is simply say something and not ignore challengers.

he use to, then he got alot of people who just constantly say "I'm on my way" for like 10 mins. Gym leaders shouldn't have to deal with that all the time.

maybe he was training while afk? (fishing, acro, etc.)

If you're afk, type /afk. It doesn't take that long to do, and maybe people would stop bothering you for a challenge.

You can see on the screenshot that he wasn't AFK he was jumping around.
