how about i give you a job:
kill mobs -  it gives you money already ^.^
i think thats all we need for this server though
but for the jobs it increases in level and such and that is like mcmmo for training

I think either your rich or your not can be quite a harsh, of course a lot of the members are poorer but that's because they're new or haven't spent as much time or irl money on the server yet. but in In rea life there is such a thing as middle class not just upper class and lower class so you have to keep that in mind
