My policy on requests is immediate acceptance. I don't care if it's "what they want" if they won't be around to rub it in my face later, why should I care. Ban people who ask for it. It's for the betterment of our server, and in the end, that's the most important thing.

I agree with 1ce. Anytime someone blatantly insults our server or asks to be banned, I do it. Whether it's a joke or not, it's not funny. Everyone here has put so much time into this server, and I do not accept any insults. Opinions about something are fine, and if they're negative, I'm okay. But things such as "This server sucks, I hate it, I hate it" (Yes, I've seen that before), I ban them. Now if it's "Silph co. seems a bit weird" or "This building doesn't look like it is in the game" (Never heard those before, but just examples), I go to them and talk it over with them. Because I like input.
