Im not here to piss any admins off because it just gets me banned. But i guess zombiedood beat you to it. After vitto told Zombie about TA's enchantmore items. Zombie went on a rage and banned TA for having a sharpness chestplate. I believe most of TA's items were given to him by admins. Basically vittos a snitch about something which is legal. Later on i got involved because zombie obviously isnt sure about what he is doing.
After a few minutes of standing up for TA, i said 'Zombie apparently isnt up to date with the rules'
I got banned.
I would atleast like to see a position revise. This isnt the only time zombie has been a dictator and im getting tired of admins like him.
Rigby & Oddy both agree with me
Later on i was unbanned, i adhered to zombies 'Rules' and got banned. not only is this admin abuse but this is not adhering to the BAN RULES WHICH WERE SET IN STONE ON MAY 24TH
Next time don't increase the size, I dont like being yelled at. -1ce

I would like to be unbanned as i did nothing wrong except stick up for my best friend who also got banned for no reason at all. Sure he had some illegit enchants. But they were given to him by admins.

Hey archie, Id like to say I gave 3 "Final" warnings asking, you to stop. It wasn't enough I told you it would end badly if you continued to insult me and you just felt the need to keep going. Spite me asking you. So Honestly this is the second time Ive actually banned you for what I call "Harassing the Admins" When the admin asks then TELLS you to stop. They mean it, I do not carry empty threats. I do not tolerate this disrespect. In my eyes this is 3rd ban appeal and is Perma. I am not sorry to see you go, but sorry it ends in this scenario. I care about the players. Not the people. When I carry out my job I do not require you telling me how I'm wrong because your buddy is the one on the end of the punishment stick. So really, if you can't learn the lesson I tried to give. I see zero reason to allow you back. You will be brought up at the next meeting but honestly I will not defend you but simply state that I believe you would be best elsewhere.

Even if its a earned enchant, (its not) hed still be banned by all the other admins besides the one who knowingly gave them to him. Theres a thread in the admin section (Suprise) telling illegals handed out and guess what. Ta wasnt there for those items. The bow sure. the rest? No. Honestly archie you are a disrespectful Child. That makes you one of the worse kind of people. You can hate me, but I deserve basic human respect for what I've done for this server.

I deserve basic human respect for what I've done for this server.
Ive donated $100 and ive built a lot of johto, Sevii and Hoenn. Do i get any respect? Not really, not from you anyway. I get banned.

DO YOU REALIZE WE ALL BAN FIRST, SO YOU CAN MAKE AN APPEAL. WE EVEN TALKED ABOUT FASLY BANNING AND ITS JUST PART OF OUR SYSTEM THAT MAY OR MAY NOT OCCUR. I do not need to hold hands with the entire team before I make a judgement call. See thats why I'm Admin, Vittos mod and your the guy who just got off the ban list to end BACK on it. Funny, do you see a huge gap in who can be called Trustworthy and who can be called a problem to the server? (P.s. Your the problem Hint freaking Hint)

Feel free to come talk to me in ts or anything. I acted in my best judgment and archie lol you obviosly didnt. You dont get to continue to harass an admin or infact ANY player after asked, then told more then 3 times and givin more then 1 "final" warning. If its so bad just up and leave the server.

Archie jus shows how little you know, and how much you need to learn. I will NOT unban you. I will bring you case up at the meeting but that's all I will do and honestly for how you act and treat me. Im doing more for you then you ever considered to do for me. So honestly its in your best interests to just stop this, and hope oddy and rigby come to your defense. Because your going to need it.

Heres the point, I cant wait for everyone to come on so i can ask, Hey did you hand out these items I know we agreed NEVER to hand out? to every single Op. While I let the person run around freely? No I ban them they make the appeal and we talk about it to the other ops. Thats how we've done it, and continued to do it. There's nothing new here. No new rules, No me going out of my way to ruin archie and tal, I didnt care for them one way or another infact archie was earning a place back on my good side prior to this. He honestly doesnt care about what I think or respect any form of rules. Or the requests of an admin asking him to stop. When you do all this, then continue to rant and rave and insult the very admin. Well go figure itll end badly

It's okay Archie, I agree he whips out that ban hammer, he is doing his job, he wants respect etc etc, but it would be nice to just mute him if you don't want to hear him bitching the whole time. Just my thought, at least he would continue to play and can't exactly annoy you further.

Anyway, i would like to put this behind us. ive noticed that we get into these silly arguements way too often. I formally apologize for my childish actions. Im going to try and be much nicer to you from now on. I wish that in the future we can get along more. I hope you find it in your heart to unban me.

So, if you have an illegal sharpness chestplate from something and a mod tells an admin that you have a chestplate you shouldn't, he's a snitch? Good to know.

I know I am not a part of this but, if you admins are silly enough to equip armor/weapons with ridiculous enchants and let it out of your hands, whose fault would it fall on? Who ever grabbed it was lucky enough to see you be silly dropping your Enchanted Sword, Appollo Bow, and "Paladin Armor." Besides if your going to do an event/pvp/mess around, why not legit?

Vitto i have seen signs of you trying to get TA in trouble in the past. But now you are a moderator i cant justfiy it as a grudge. I do however think you dislike TA for whatever reason.
Please try not to involve favourites in your moderator work. It wont get you anywhere and if you havent, i apologize

I've been saying this all day; while on the other hand there are certain suspicious enchantments that you should turn in, 1/2 of it's the admins fault.

TA, Vitto's not a damn snitch.
He was just doing his job. This is what happens when your friends become Moderators. Thats why never do illegal shit. Though this wasn't 100% illegal since Admins were part of it, you could've first asked someone if this a legal. If legal, then keep it, if not, be an honest person and give it back, it wasn't yours in the first place, not like you're losing anything out of this.
Archie, next time, just calm yourself down, I know you would get angry, if your friend got banned for something you thought was legal. But Reason and Patience is a very essential tool in conversations. If someone gives you warnings, don't provoke. Learn to respect Zombie, you don't know how much work he puts in on this server (Events, Finding X-Rayers, Admin Meeting Convos). Even though you might not see a lot of it, they are working their ass off for us. We need to learn to appreciate and respect, something I never learned from my parents till I grew older.
Hope this can get settled, and hope you guys get on good terms.
