Title: Illegal Enchantment
Post by: liquidfired on May 30, 2012, 06:59:26 am
After hearing about the incident of TA and Archie I have a question.
My Excailibur got added a Fire Protection I by an Admin, long ago so I could fight gym battles without it burning it lava. I was wondering if this was legal. An admin put it on, but from the recent bans and Gal's big mouth, I'm wondering it this was legal. If not I would like it removed then please.

I asked zombie to make a list of forbidden enchats, so its easier to see for admins what items can get which enchant.

Im sure this isnt illegal. Its just protecting you from losing it in such an unfair way.

Also ice, is chesplate+sharpness allowed? It seems  bit overpowered too... Its not mentioned on your list

As long as it's low-level, it isn't overpowered. High damage should return a low retaliation, and kill the target before it can reflect and kill you.
I haven't tested this theory, and if it ends up being false, let me know.

I have no sharpness chest plate to test it with... maybe an enchant more testing time should be doe, just to make sure of the highest enchants of some of this controversial stuff can be handed out

If it is over 5, burn it or get it replaced with lower level.

Probably not, as it was taken because you were not supposed to have it at that time.
