Title: Gym Leaders Rules and Badges Kanto

Ok this is for gym leaders of the kanto region to post the city of your gym, your rules, your badges, and your co-leaders if you could all post that information here it would be appreciated and please update any changes as they come thank you

Rules: Bows ONLY, enchants allowed, food allowed except golden apples, no armor, no wolves, no potions, NO ENDERPEARLS
Badge: Fire Badge

...uhm I dont think you can require a power level... The only thing that requires power levels are the gymleaders themselves to apply... correct me if that has been changed but.

Well I didn't make that rule and every gym requires a decent power level nowadays  :-\

No it just requires some skill to lead a gym it requires a said a combat skill over 100 and 2 badges or somthing along those lines but to actually CHALLENGE you cannot demand a power level to be met.

Rules: Only armor, no food, no enchants, nothing except armor. It's a unarmed fight.
Badge: Crops Badge

Rules: Armor up to iron, no enchants on anything, no bows, only stone weapons, sword or axe
Badge: Bed badge

Rules: Iron Armor, Gold Sword, Enchants only on Sword, No food, No Wolfs, No ender pearls!!!

Rules:Gold tools, Gold armor, Any food,  No enderpearls, No wolfs, No bow and arrows, No potions, no enchantments.
Badge: Unlit-Redstone torch

Notes: There is no course, and i would prefer for you to have a good power level
but a good power level is not needed to challenge.

Rules: Iron Armor Stone Weapon, No enchants on anything. No bows, no dogs, no golden apples, no enderpearls, no potions, no setting homes or warping! There is challenges - lava ladders and a water walk. One hour time limit to keep others able to challenge!
