Title: IMPORTANT: Bank Chests

I'm getting a lot of complaints these days about people not being able to open their bank chests so i ran through the bank checking regions of the chests and about 90% of the chests aren't regioned anymore what's going on?
EDIT: It's only at the front of the bank.

Oh THAT incident. Back in the days of my moderator position I had to fix the world using  MCEdit, took me 5 hours but I did, it caused the whole thing to be rotated and all the regions needed to be redone, so we 1ce did them and skipped the bank and decided to do the bank on a give it if it's needed basis, so if someone asks about it, just re-region it.

Yeah it was small before 1ce edited it :P
