Today i tried to log on to the TS server and it wasn't working at all. Maybe the admins are fixing bugs idk.

May have been when it shut down, kept shutting down today, is fixed for now though.

I think it might have been a problem with the server? The forums kept going down when the server was crashing. I think this also affects teamspeak?

Correct, teamspeak lags out when the server does.
