Title: Unova Assistant Head Builder

As of now I will be taking Ali and Tene as my new Assistant Head Builders. From now until I leave I will be testing their judgement and ability to guide the Unova Project in the right direction. Right before I leave I will decide who will be taking over with Bespinben (if the idiot is unbanned).
 
Admins: Please add any perms to these two that I have if they lack them (access to forum control, WE, etc.)
