Look at this post by 1ce0ld our admin. He made this post about which rank get which command and how trainer gets no warps i explained it briefly under this post so yeah.

Why trainer gets no warp is because they have more commands than donator and how its really easy to abuse warp like 6 months ago where the gymleader abuse the command warp so many time that it spam the console thats why admin makes it for donator and higher ranks like elite four and champ only so yeah donate or get elite 4 rank.

Yes you do you get a vip room and warps and the command /seen and 150%money from killing mobs

I remember I donated when there wasn't a donator rank. You got op instead.
