Title: Another abuser of safe shooting

Today Frenzy_monkey started standing on the inside edge of chest and firing powerful bow shots into people, he would just let go of shift and fall into non-pvp, He only jumped up when the fighting was further way so I ran around and got this photo http://i46.tinypic.com/mvp6ig.png (http://i46.tinypic.com/mvp6ig.png).
The reason I could tell it was Shifting is because he didn't move backwards it was a straight drop into non-pvp.

He continued to try and kill me inside the non-pvp for some reason.

I think this Issue and his other Blatant rule breaking's should be taken into account.

Frenzy has been a real dick and troll lately, he stole TA's stuff when TA fell down a hole and then blackmailed TA to pay him 50K for it. TA had like 5 stacks of diamond

He was buying diamonds from a chest shop which was in pvp zone :/
