Alright you futhermuckers, I'm not going to build, I swore I'd stop that shit after Johto, not to mention my Internet retardism as I'm on my family moving trip.
HOWEVER
I noticed one way that I can help the fucking lot of you, no matter which server you're building on.
Go to: This Site. (http://pokemonserver.net/emerald/) (Link fixed. -Tactic)
Download both .zip files.
Extract both of them.
Run advancemap.exe
File->load ROM
Choose Emerald.gba
Column on the left, Open From Header
Pick folder 0 for shits and giggles.
If I see ONE MORE post about "find my emerald" "find my gba charger" "did it off of a picture"
I'm going to ban that user from Hoenn, for the present and future of this server.
With this program, there is NO EXCUSE for threads as EMBARASSING as the sticky about scaling.
Verified to work on my Windows 7 laptop. Please add more computer versions as they come.

Sometimes Advanced Map shows trees in routes as 2x1 when they are actually 1x1, so it's good to have Visual Boy Advanced also.
