Title: Can't Connect

I cant get on the server, every time I try to join the pkm server it said connection refused:connect, and when i go onto minescroll and look at the player list is said To view a real-time playerlist, Minequery (http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/minequery/) needs to be configured. Can someone help me please?

Running 1.3 at least?

Play.pokemonserver.net is the IP if you don't have the right one.

Or somethings is just wrong with the server.

I'm on 1.3.2 the newest update and i have the right ip
