Title: Ummm... What is Pokémon MineCraft?

Hi guys,
Some how my 7 yr old has become obsessed with Pokemon Minecraft. He quite happily sits watching some very strange YouTube vids of people building stuff  ???

So after a couple of weeks i thought i would buy him the game, but from what i understand Pokémon Minecraft can only be played on an x-box? We have a ps3, Wii & a DS.

So i want to try and access it online, but just do not understand how / where you can play the game online. I have googled it and can find forums, building packs, vids etc, but where do i go to actually play?

I know it may sound like a really silly question, but if someone could give me some (really simple) pointers on how to get started i would be really, really grateful

And if you want to acess minecraft, click on the Minecraft icon in your applications folder/desktop

So i just join up, buy minecraft for the account and download?
Again sorry for this being so basic, am off to read Wiki


Edit... i have to download  ??? this is this the $26 bit, right?

If you want the Pokemon mod,  there are vids on Youtube on how to do it.

All done now, thanks guys!
Now i can spend saturdays with at least a couple of hrs to myself, it is worth the $26  :D
