Title: Rarely Active Gym Leaders

Some gym leaders don't get on enough to even challenge, or they don't have a co leader and we can't challenge them cause of time zone differences. We should have some sort of system or way we can vote out inactive or rarely active gym leaders and then have someone replace them. Just a suggestion.

I Highly Agree With Archie Even Tho I Dont Do Gym Battles Anymore I See Alot of Complaints About People "Never" Being Online And A System Like This Would Help Alot For Old And New Players.
