Title: Hobo's Journey In Unova

Not sure who gave him access. He was never accepted as a  builder. Furthermore, he was found to be flooding areas with water, and admitted to flooding Castelia and Nimbasa. Had him promptly removed from the region.


Not sure how to see the other pages of the log, but this was the most recent page.

After the list shows up (after you do a search) use /lb page 2
The search must happen first.
