To be honest, I believe this is a fake.

When I ran my friend's server, "Notch and Jeb" came on our server. We were told later that was an MD prank by the owner.

Then again, I did get to meet Salted and BoudleNeige on this server. They did know Liquid, and he's told me he's actually meet them, so maybe this did happen. .-.

no admins were on at the time, and i was on TS with ali when they logged on, and ali was like, WTF?

I would use /seen and track their IP to see if it matches anything that makes sense.

Well, in relation, I saw skydoesminecraft, uberagon, gameplayerhd and deadlox on the server at once. Liquid made that happen :P
