Title: Head Builders Read

When adding a builder to a region, make sure to spell the the name correctly because an incorrect spelling will create a new entry in the PEX permissions.yml which is already big enough xD (1ce hates having to delete these  :p )

Oops, disregard this entirely... It wont work if the name is spelt wrong..  :doh:  Silly me -.-
