He's impersonating a Mojang employee, saying he's from 'minecraft rating community' and just being a really bad troll. Rating the server 1/2 a star.
I can get more screenshots if needed, or chat logs can be checked :P Please do something about him, its really annoying everyone online -.-

Hes got much ban records he is NOT from mojang
