Title: house problem

I need help from an admin:
So VectorTheCroc and I bought a house in Saffron. For some reason it won't let us dig down. So I asked Jotr about it and he said that he didnt think we lived in a "no dig" area. So can somebody please help us, we really need the space. And also, could you maybe consider making it unable for people to come in and kill our pets? People will just barge in (idk how maybe with enderpearls?) and kill all our pets, its really annoying cats are hard work to get! Thank you!

I had the same problem once too, I solved it by using Iron doors.

Lilac Lily, we do use iron doors but people r still getting in.

No there aren't, we even blocked up the trapdoor on top and I blocked off the top floor where I keep my pets. Last night I summoned 2 dogs and 2 cats and left signs for vec but this morning the signs and the cats were gone...

They probably despawned. For some reason, cats and wolves despawn in small areas.

If an area is no-pvp, it'll be impossible for someone to go in and kill your pets. Ask our official house auditor for clarification.
