Apply for hoenn. If you get accepted then you can build in that region and be locked in it with the awesome title [Banished].

That awkward moment when I don't think kirpi actually cares about being unbanned on here because he's too busy creating his own rip off of the server.

On a more serious note, if kirpi seriously wanted to get unbanned, he would've actually made more of an effort.
