Title: Ban appeal

I was banned for absolutely nothing.
All I remember Is that a player with the tag [Champion] asking me "I thought you left the server".
I respond saying "I come back from time to time to view the server",because I like the idea of having a complete remake of Pokemon on a minecraft server,I then said "I was wanting to do a remake like this on one of my popular servers,so that my members have a wide variety of fun things to do.Then after I said that,the person with the [champion] bracket said "Why you steal?"Before I could say anything else I get a banned Message saying "Farewell,Hope your Server is better."


-Overall I did nothing wrong,and whoever banned me abused their power because I was wanting to create a "better" Pokemon Server on my Server.


I didnt Advertise,I didnt use foul language,i did nothing wrong at all.


I also would like to file a personal complaint against the staff who banned me for my opinion.

Sounds like you were trying to steal our work and replicate it on another server. I heard someone else tried to do that a couple days ago, and their server got attacked by hackers.

Well....I had nothing to do with that,I just got banned like 5 minutes because I said I like the idea,and was thinking about remaking one...

You said you were using the map for a world on your server. That implies stealing the map, and using it for your own.

SOLUTION

Change everything that says "Pokemon" into "Pokimon"






P.S. Did anybody actually read those terms of copyright or whatever?

  • Furthermore, Pokémon, all 649 Pokémon names, all Pokémon images, and related names used are copyright: Gamefreak, Nintendo of America, Nintendo of Japan, Creatures and it's respected owners. National syndication rights of Pokémon are owned by Warner Brothers. 
  • Also, this is a fan project, and the Pokémon Company looks up to these kinds of things, it promotes pokemon, through another game.
