No idea what to do, and doesn't let me reinstall Windows. I Don't know how to not into the recovery partition though I tried.

I want to fix it myself rather than pay for probably the simplest thing ever. It was working fine until my dumbass stepdad moved it from my room to the living room, I guess something inside got moved somehow but I opened it and everything looked fine other than it has more dust than my penis. It's overly dusty inside the pc though could that be it? Like dust balls dusty.

Looks like the wire connecting your hard drive came off/you need a new hard drive

I know this, but I also know some people here are really good with computers. Why not ask as many people as I can?

Clean out dust. Unplug hard drive cables. Both power and data. Then reconnect and turn PC on.
