Hello there, this is the news you have all been waiting for! We are accepting new mods! BUT WAIT. Dont be coming on the server asking every admin you see to review your app because that is not how its going to work. Each admin is going to choose one mood for a short time to be "under them" as a probation period. That one admin will watch over this mod (like a hawk) and see what they can do, good or bad. We have noticed that people what to be mods and we want mods but sometimes we can not agree, so we are having these new mods on a short leash.
What can you do to help or become mod?
1. Do not bug admins to be mod, this will NOT help your chance. it will lower it. We can see the apps and if we want to make you a mod we can. Just have a good app and crossed fingers.
2. If you are not mod PLEASE send reports (ONLY TO THE ADMIN THAT PICKED THAT NEW MOD) if a new mod did good or bad, maybe with a screenshot or two. Admins are not on all the time to see how they do and this will help a lot. Do not lie because you will be punished, our life does not need any more complications.
3. Admins do not have to pick a mod
4. That new mod will report to the admin that picked them will info on how they did with mail or fourms message, if they did a good job or bad and what they can do to improve, try to do this often.
5. Again DO NOT bug admins why you did not get picked or if they are going to pick you.
If you get chosen your admin will send you mail or come up to you and tell you the news, You will have a tag that says something like
[Mio'sMod] so people will know who to report to with updates on how you do.

I like how the admins choosing to do this caused more confusion then almost anything else in the history of the server. :roll:
