And normally people need to see it on the server to /ruleone them, also admins can check console for it. So just because he broke rule one it's pointless to post it on the forums. I saw you break the same rule a lot more times then him. He needs to break it 9 times to get permanently banned. Here are the rule one punishments:
1 /ruleone = warning
2 /ruleone = warning again
3 /ruleone = kick
4 /ruleone = warning
5 /ruleone = waning
6 /ruleone = tempban for 10 minutes
7 /ruleone = warning
8 /ruleone = warning
9 /ruleone = ban
Correct me if I'm wrong with the ruleone list. So Cabs don't report people for breaking rule one since I can fight loads of situation that you break it. Thank you.

I think it's that or else

They all have warnings with the kicks and ect...

Please dosn't make you safe, pretty much isn't anything so your still violating the rule, also why ignore him if you will be reporting him. What if he says something mean again and you don't see him huh?

We know this honestly won't happen, Waffles is normally polite and even in this situation it looks like all he was doing was protecting LilMuffins.
