Title: Mods and /invsee

This is a suggestion I had a while ago, but it was kinda forgotten and lost in the dust, until now.


Often theres issues where inventories need to be checked, whether its after a gym battle, to check items were given back properly, an elite battle (checking for illegal items) or just general player disputes.


Permissions as such:
essentials.invsee
- Allows access to the /invsee command. Inventories aren't modifiable with this permission alone.
essentials.invsee.modify
- Allows players with /invsee to modify player inventories.
essentials.invsee.preventmodify
- Prevents that players inventory from being modified by others.

Just to add on, I would also request /seeender. I've suspected xrayers multiple times, but I wasn't sure what they were putting in their EnderChests.  This is again, just for checking reasons and possible player disputes.

essentials.enderchest
- Allows access to the /enderchest command. Currently Ultimate Donators have this.
essentials.enderchest.others
- Allows access to see contents of other player's enderchests. Chests aren't modifiable with this permission alone.
essentials.enderchest.modify
- Allows editing of other player's enderchests.

Just as a note, Alexandred3 needs to be removed as a moderator on this. And I need to be added.

Any news on this? It helps when there's no Admins online to check inv's of Elites and challengers.

Its been added. Mods such as Archie and myself will need the permission applied directly.
