I was selling frenzy a fire aspect 2 book, in his VIP and he started attacking me while i was selling it to him, I was able to spawn out, but i wanted to know why his VIP was PvP, if i could get my book back, and if this is breaking any rules

My vip room was PvP because I asked for it to be.  And this isn't breaking any rules what-so-ever.  If so you got a lot of people to punish.  And you forgot the 47

No rule was broken. Frenzy had his VIP room pvp on his request. If someone were to go in and kill frenzy while he was there, that'd also be legal.
