Today Waffledocter was spamming me and le server ,I just want to show you guys .I posted in here because this is not worthy of a banned

I see victini was also spamming "SHADDUP"

Ban punishment section isn't just for bans. It goes for all punishments. If he does it again, he'll be muted. I'll warn him when I next see him.

Yes Ban and Punishment is also for Ban, or Punishment requests.  Also Mute appeals, and requests.
