What i Did: Used Nodus to make my video faster and lied about it.
My punishment is to build Hoenn.

Kakashi, this is a valid ban appeal, don't criticize it.

Ryan, your unbanishment will be negotiated between the admins and the head builders of Hoenn. I'll update here.

I would also like to state i have donated 25$ 10$ to be unbanned and 15 for CoolTrainer(I am already PokeFan) but will comtinue to build Hoenn

I don't think it works like that.
All money that you donate to get unbanned = unban money.  None of you money will go to your rank I think.

i donated all in one to save time but that is what i am intending on happening if it doesnt my Mum is gonna be pissed

[4] No flying, speedhacking, or glitching, or using any hack that gives you an advantage everyone else doesn't have. NoCheat is installed, so most mods will not work, and will send a notification to Admins and Moderators that you are violating regular movement rules. You will be warned, then jailed or banned for these violations, with extended duration each time they occur. Hacking out of jail will get you BANNED.

The rule stats that it's against the rules to use a hack to give you an advantage above other players.  Not that it's against the rules to have the hack.

After a huge off topic discussion with Oddy, the conclusion came that there is an unwritten rule to not allowed to have Nodus, or a hack client.  Cause of the possibility of breaking the rule is greater then those that don't have a hack client, or those that just haven't been caught.

I say you have a good case, if they can't prove you used the client to get an advantage above other players.

Nodus does have a NoRender feature, and other features that make video recording easier. (fullbright, nametag block, Norender, etc)
