Title: Login problems

So it's April 18, 2013 and the pokemon server says "Connection refused: connect", and I'm confused on how to fix this. Earlier I went on Jotr's server and he said he has no trouble loging in. Is anyone else having this problem?

I did it said "Can't reach server"

lol nvm i did .161. instead of .164. :P
