Title: logopogo1234 timed out.

As you can see from this, logopogo1234 has timed out.


I have removed him from the region, all he needs now is a rank change.

you do not have to do this unless the other leader says to.

Yes can... if they time out he can demote them, he's moderator for a reason.

I didnt say he couldnt i said he didnt have to, if he isnt told to by the other Leader.
