Logging in on Sunday would still give you a slight over 3 day /seen time on Wednesday. Your Sunday is my Monday, and your Tuesday is my Wednesday. Fact is you were off three days.

If I was off for 3 days I had no idea, if I was on Sunday at about 1:00 pm and got on Wednesday at around 12, shouldn't I have not timed?

Also I have meant to bring this up for a while, I think Johto Leaders should have longer time outs then Kanto, the reason I have is you need 4 Kanto badges to challenge Johto Gyms, so Johto isn't challenged as often.

Still no reason. Elites haven't had a challenge for weeks, they're still bound by their five day timeout.
Theres a high demand for gym leaders, maybe not so for Johto as much as Kanto, but as you can see, there are people that will jump at the chance to own a gym if the leaders time out. And those people will be active so as not to lose their spot.

I see your point Tene, but why should we be punished by losing a spot when we do not get as many challenges? The point I'm trying to make is Johto is alot different than Kanto, not all people can challenge Johto. If all things are different from Kanto & Johto shouldn't the time out times be different too?

Not all people can challenge Kanto either, they need 75 mob kills.
Timeouts are for a position that has demand. Just because a house is in an obscure location doesn't make the owner exempt from the 14day time out.
