I was randomly banned while not moving or talking at all. I was just private messaging my friend. Can i know why?

Someone can use /seen 1cec0ld and show that I haven't been online for literally over a day, maybe 2. Someone else has done this, and I suggest not sending personal messages to absent admins in the future.
