When I looked at 1ce's profile, it said 'Frozen Hearted Admin' or something like that.
I was wondering, did he put that there? or did it just say that cause on the server he is a high high rank. So, plz reply. Thanks :3

Also, I wanna know if you can do something like that. Another thing, how are there a bunch of pokeballs there on his profile?

The pokeballs just represent how many posts you've made or your "level" on the forums.  I don't think regular players can do this; only the admins and maybe mods can do it.
