Title: Pricing of Bill's Lighthouse

Attempting to sell Bill's Lighthouse to idracoghost. I priced the region size (minus that which would be used for walls) to price it at $120,900. I am only asking to be sure as Mio told me the admins usually agree on their own price for larger, more special houses like this one.
