Welp, for those nostalgic Pokemon players, this might be your lucky day...
Starting on October 2 (Jp), The Pokemon Company announced that a brand new anime special will run to coincide with Pokémon XY anime. This anime is called Pokémon: The Origin, features Red & Green (aka Gary/Blue), The series is based directly on the Original Pokemon Red and Blue games.

Wow, I love the change in animation. It looks more like the art for the characters.
The only thing that annoys me is that they mixed Blue and Green up. Maybe it'll change on the English release.

Well anyone can have their opinion, but there's no denied that this series animation is way better than the current anime.
(watched all pokemon episode from the first to the current and all movies ;) )

Yep, some said it might release a week after the Japanese airing...
The only thing that annoys me is that they mixed Blue and Green up. Maybe it'll change on the English release.
It nothing much to get annoyed by that xD just the same person with different names due to games release in Jp and US :B

Actually, I'm ok with them calling him Green as it's like that in the Manga.
Red = Main Character
Blue = Female Kanto Character
Green = Kanto Rival
That's how i've known it ever since I read the Manga.
