I would like this question to be answerd by a admin OTHER then ice hopefully Para cause he is the original
if a gym leader times out does he or does he not have to wait 2 weeks before getting gym leader again?

Yes. I'm not an admin but I know this, like every other userrrr on the server. If I am wrong here, an admin is free to make fun of me for the rest of his/her life.

- You may not sell your badges
- No flying in gyms
- Nerfing your gyms are illegal
- you must be ready to and prepared when challenging a gym. Read the rules
- Gyms are for gym battles only.
- gym leaders have a two-week wait for a transfer between gyms
-500$ fee for becoming a gymleader now and switching between gyms
this is from paradox's all rules list, nothing in here says that you cannot reclaim your own gym if you time out.

It's Basically goes under the Transfering Gyms. I shoudl know, when i timed out, I had to wait 2 weeks to get it back.

i am Oddy and I focus on a lot of the PVP aspects on the server, and 1ce is keeping his gym for multiple reasons. 1) he may have timed out but was back on before anyone could officially claim his gym. 2) his time out is really situational, although he may not have been "on" the server for barely over 3 days he is an admin who is handling 3 different servers between the main server the build server and the pixelmon server. 3) even when he isn't online he is usually in our IRC and could accept a challenge at most any point.

Also it's been well over 2 weeks for ak1cec0ld to reclaim the gym. So ak1ce could've reclaimed it, whereas 1cec0ld would wait the two weeks.
